This Privacy Policy refers to the personal data which are collected during the use of www.nanoemulsions.hr Website content and services and it forms an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions, constituting the pre-contractual notice.

User agrees that the Seller can contact him/her in written form, by telephone, SMS and/or e-mail, and deliver notifications about various benefits and new available products to his/her home address;
User consents to sharing the said data with third parties without whom the abovementioned purposes could not be fulfilled.

Seller shall keep the said personal data for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set forth in these General Terms and Conditions. After that time has expired, the personal data shall be destroyed, erased or made anonymous in a manner ensuring that the safety of personal data is maintained.

Seller shall not disclose User’s personal data to third parties, except for the purpose of service provision, protecting the interests of both User and Seller, and preventing possible misuse.

Seller will make sure that User’s personal data is kept safe and secure (which includes maintaining reasonable and appropriate administrative, technical and physical protection in order to prevent any unauthorized use, access, disclosure, copying or modification of personal data), which can be accessed only by persons authorized by the Seller.

Seller commits to allowing Users to access the submitted personal data in order to ensure that the personal data is accurate, complete and up-to-date.

Should a User request his/her personal data to be corrected or deleted, Seller shall modify or remove such personal data. By selecting “Delete personal data”, Users agree to being denied access to some of the content or services on the Website.

When submitting their personal data, Users guarantee that the said data is complete, true, accurate and up-to-date.

Availability to third parties

Users’ personal data is protected in accordance with the CPA, and Seller shall not in any way make them available to third parties. The necessary personal data shall be shared only with our business partners for the purpose of delivering the User’s order or mailing printed promotional materials.

Seller does not record or store card transaction data. During the credit card payment process, Seller uses third-party services (CorvusPay), whereby Buyers’ personal data is protected by means of encryption.

Seller guarantees not to make the User’s e-mail address or other data available to third parties (either legal or natural persons) without the User’s consent. Exceptions to this include inspection by authorized bodies of the executive power of the Republic of Croatia, investigations based on a valid court order, service provision, protection of interests of both User and Seller, and prevention of possible misuse.

The data is collected in electronic form and protected by SSL-certificate which uses encryption to protect the transfer of data and the communication between Users’ computer and the Website.

Nonetheless, Internet users have to be aware that, despite all possible precautions taken by the Seller in order to protect User’s personal data, no data transfer via the Internet or any wireless network is 100% secure. The Possibility of Error
