Payment methods

Products are normally paid at the time of the purchase. If possible, you are kindly requested to make the payment in one of the following manners:

• by card payment;
• by Internet banking;
• by cash payment upon delivery;
• by PayPal.

Buyers who are unable to make a payment using any of the aforementioned methods can pay by means of a payment order or general payment slip.

1. Card payment

Direct payment on www.nanoemulsions.hr website via CorvusPay, a secure online card payments service. The product will be shipped immediately after the receipt of your card authorization confirmation.

When entering the card holder name, it is necessary to spell it exactly as it is written on the card, save for Croatian diacritics ČĆŽŠĐ which should be spelled as CCZSD.

Security of Online Payments

While conducting payments on our web shop you are using CorvusPay – an advanced system for secure acceptance of credit cards on the Internet.

CorvusPay system ensures complete privacy of your credit card data and personal data from the moment you type them into the CorvusPay payment form. Data required for billing is forwarded encrypted from your web browser to the bank that issued your payment card. Our store never comes into contact with your sensitive payment card data. Payments made by cards enroled with the 3-D Secure program are further authenticated by the issuing bank, confirming your identity through the use of a token or a password.

All information collected by Corvus Pay is considered a secret and treated accordingly. The information is used exclusively for the purposes for which they were intended. Your sensitive data is fully secure and it’s privacy is guaranteed by the state of the art safeguard mechanisms. We collect only the data necessary for performing the work in accordance with the demanding prescribed procedures for online payment.

3. Cash payment upon delivery (available only in the Republic of Croatia)

Cash payment upon delivery allows you to pay for the ordered goods at the time of delivery. The items are to be paid in cash (or, depending on the courier, by a credit/debit card).

5. Payment by means of a payment order or general payment slip (available only in the Republic of Croatia) – in a post office, bank or FINA

In case of pro forma invoice payment to the Seller’s account (by means of Internet banking or payment order at a post office, bank or FINA), the Buyer will have paid the invoice once the said transaction has been registered on the Seller’s bank account. Pro forma invoice payment needs to be made not later than the date specified in the pro forma invoice, thus confirming that the contract has been concluded. Should the Buyer fail to make the payment within the specified period, the Seller shall deliver the product(s) even after a late payment. If the Seller is unable to deliver the goods for justified reasons, the Seller will unilaterally terminate the contract and refund the received amount.

Information about the manners of submitting a Customer Written Complaint

Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act (NN 19/22), Seller is required to allow Buyer to submit a written complaint in which the Buyer can express his/her dissatisfaction with the purchased product(s), with customer service or with Seller’s performance.

The Complaint can be submitted in the following manners:

• in written form to the following address: Nanoemulsions j.d.o.o., Banjol 366, Banjol, 51280 Rab;
• by e-mail to info@nanoemulsions.hr (SUBJECT: Submission of a Written Complaint).

Seller shall acknowledge receipt of the complaint immediately by e-mail and inform the Customer whether his/her complaint is accepted or rejected within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the complaint.

Seen that customer satisfaction is our number one priority, we will strive to resolve any complaints to mutual satisfaction.
